Internal Training
The Barona Fire Department maintains a busy training schedule by having a new topic to review each shift. The topics rotate from EMS to Fire every other shift. Some of the topics include: Extrication, Respiratory Emergencies, Cardiac, Pediatrics, Ventilation, Wildland Safety, Communications, etc.
Sponsored Training Courses
The Department also sponsors numerous higher education level courses for its personnel and other departments of Southern California. The courses may be located at the Barona Valley Ranch Resort and Casino. The specific location is announced closer to the course start date.
